10 Nutrient Agar Petri Dishes Sealed 10 pack. Dishes are standard 100mm x 15mm.
Plates are all sterile and made in front of a flow hood to guarantee no contamination or unwanted bacteria.
Ideally in front of a flow hood or in a still air glove box, Unwrap the dish, add whatever sample you choose, and reseal the Petri dish. Store in a dark place for 5-10 days and watch the growth!
If their is any condensation on the lid, store upside down after adding your sample.
Plates are made to order to guarantee freshness and have a shelf life of approx. 45 days. I usually make plates the day I get the order but please allow up to 3 business days to prepare. You are getting freshly made plates, not ones that have been sitting in stock for who knows how long with no clue of shelf life!
Unless stated otherwise, color will be whatever I am already making that day. Colors based on availability and your order will be on hold until confirmed.
Plates are shrink wrapped in a 10 pack, I recommend keeping them like this until you’re ready to use them, then reseals them together or individually with parafilm or cling wrap.
If you have any problems with packaging, sterility, contamination, or problems with your order, contact me BEFORE YOU BREAK THE SEAL! This is a sterile product and I can’t work with you much once that has been compromised.
