Antique Victorian Embroidered White Cotton Child's Very Long Christening Gown
Fabric is white cotton - small embroidered fabric.  Very pretty, but that is where some of the deterioration is.
Overall it looks pretty clean.  No odors.
*Condition ---Has fabric deterioration - one large approx. 2" long tear in front, one sleeve 1-1/2" tear, deterioration.  Many small holes are found in the back skirt (not so noticeable unless held up to a light)- front looks pretty good.  Bodice has separation from insert lace.  Please look at all my pictures.

Bottom of skirt has wonderful embroidered and cut work.  Looks hand made to me.  Measures 3-1/2" wide.  Measures approx. 64" all around the bottom.  All appears to be in good condition, but there is a small brown stain on bottom of one area.
Measurements:
37" from top to bottom.
Neck - 11" around Has 2 old mop buttons - missing one button
Sleeves - 7-3/4" shoulder to bottom.  bottom of sleeve
2-3/4" across - x 2 = 5-1/2" around.
