RF Sensor model 51075 has high 90dB dynamic range of -70dBm to +20dBm.
Boonton / Wireless Telecom Group (WTG) sensors are comparatively low cost, with excellent RF specifications and performance. Average CW RF sensor cost from the big three vendors Keysight, R&S, Anritsu is typically much higher while performance is likely comparable. Boonton / WTG calibration pricing per comparable sensor is also significantly less than the big three vendors.
For measurements that only need average CW sensors (e.g. peak sensors not needed), its difficult to see why CW sensors produced in 2019 are much better than CW sensors produced in the 1990s. After all, the CW sensors are simply carefully characterized and calibrated pair of diodes. For CW measurements, the latest and greatest CW sensors are only marginally better.

To ensure full compliance with manufacturer specifications, we recommend calibrating all RF equipment only at the original manufacturer, and not at any of the 3rd party vendors.
Some 3rd party vendors use fancy language to confuse matters, such as "calibrated against reference standard" - this likely means they simply plugged the sensor into the calibrator port of a compatible RF power meter and performed a zero / cal. This is a pass / fail check at a single frequency of the REF calibrator, and isn't full calibration.
