Fabulous 1800's French Net Embroidered Christening Gown !!

A gorgeous piece of fashion history !
This sweet Christening gown is truly a Work of Art ! French in origin, this net gown has elegant trapunto embroidery designs on the tiny bodice, skirt base and cuffs.  Three original tiny  carved shell buttons and loops to close in back. Hand sewn in elegant little stitches.  It is in as found condition and has not been laundered - I will leave that careful job up to you, the new owner ! No significant stains - more from being packed away for years. A few tiny pin holes.
~ Measurements ~ 25" long ~  11" across the chest laying flat. Original tiny hand carved shell buttons to close.  Has not been cleaned.
