This is the transformer used in one of our battery eliminator power supply kits.
120VAC input with three secondary windings.
Nominal ratings of a measured sample are below.:
Input 122 VAC
A winding ..... 10.1 V @ 2 A
B winding ..... 142 V @ 100 mA
C winding ..... 28.2 V @ 20 mA
