    Power REF output and analog meter are not working.
    Sensor input is about 1.5db off from correct.
    Sometimes it does not complete its power up sequence correctly and needs to be power cycled a few times before getting into a condition as shown in the pictures.
    Signal generator, power cord, sensor and cables not included.
