    Description

This is our morel mushroom spore kit. Each bag has at least one morel mushroom inside. This can be used to make mushroom slurry simply add contents to a five gallon bucket and pour out where you want to inoculate.
    A little about us.
We are a small mushroom farm in northern Michigan, we grow many varieties of mushroom and have worked on morel studies for 20 years. Although morels are one of the most difficult mushrooms to grow it can be done. However this is intended for an outdoor grow. While we grow most of our morels indoors using Dr. Gary Mills method this is still a hit and miss system never allowing us enough of a harvest to sell much fresh mushroom.
We stared using Mother Nature more instead with consistent results. Search western Michigan morel farm on the net to read more of what we have done. We use mostly elms to inoculate but also aspen, poplar, ash work well too. We have had the pop in our oak forest where we have our shiitake cribs and a few walnut trees to yes walnut.
Our indoor process is inoculating rye grain till sclerotia form then transplanting them to fruit so it is very labor intensive.
Check out our morel mushroom oil its pretty good. Works on any meat you want to add morel flavor.
