    Mushroom Cultivation Make Your Own Slants Kit For Genetics/Strains Preservation. Comes with 50 sterile centrifuge slants that are pressure cooker/autoclave safe, a rack, 12.5 grams of MEA powder(Malt Extract Agar), a regular mouth mason jar lid with a needle port and gas exchange hole with a tyvek filter (used when agar is pressure cooked),2 sterile cell scrapers, 1 scalpel,10 sterile pipettes, and instructions on how to make the slants. Please note you must have a autoclave or pressure cooker to sterilize the agar. The use of a flow hood or still air box is also strongly recommended to avoid any contamination.
