Description

All liquid cultures are made with premium liquid culture media, made of light malt extract, dextrose and peptone as main ingredients and are grown with proper sterilization techniques to avoid contamination. These liquid cultures are made from mushroom tissue mycelium samples and not from spores. They are made for growing non poisonous and non psychedelic edible gourmet mushrooms at home.
Pocket sized oyster mushroom info: This is the not so common oyster mushroom smaller and more delicate the other oyster mushrooms usually used in soups. They have a mild slightly sweet woody earthy with a hint o seafood taste and they have a chewy texture.
Substrate: Straw, wood chips, sawdust.
Temp: Colonization 70-75F, Fruiting 60-70F
