Dec. 2017 Uppababy Vista V2 (Model #0318-VIS-US) Bassinet Henry Cruz Mina Ridge Black & Gray With Silver Frame With Accessories (ubUV50+ protection sun-cover for stroller (must have stroller to use this accessory), paper warranty, fabric snap hand handle cover...not sure what this goes too).  Sun-cover functions as it should and does have a few more cosmetic marks/spots (along with a small cosmetic tear on inside that could be repaired), on it that could be spot cleaned as I haven't tried.  You will need the stroller part for the sun-cover accessory...it does not work on the bassinet.  Please review all pictures as they are part of the description and condition of items.  If you have any questions please ask before purchasing.  Thank you for looking!
