VINTAGE 1940'S LACE & CREPE BABY CHRISTENING DRESS W/BLANKET & BONNETS HANDMADE

Description

Here is a Beautiful Vintage 1940's, Handmade, Lace & Crepe Baby Christening Dress/Gown with Blanket & 2 Lace Bonnets.  They are in Excellent Condition.  There are no rips, tears or stains.  The Lace Dress is an off white color & measures 36" in length.  It has snaps in the back at the top by the neck for closure.  It also has 16 rows of lace ruffle at the bottom.  It also has the lace ruffle on the neck & sleeves.  The Under dress is made of Yellow Crepe material.  It is 32" in length.  It is sleeveless & it snaps for closure at the shoulders.  It also has a lace ruffle at the bottom.  The Blanket is made of Yellow Crepe material & is lined in off white crepe.  It Gathers around the baby's head with a draw string ribbon.  It measures 35" wide x 33" long.  There are also 2 Lace Bonnets included.  There are 12 rows of lace on each one.  The one on the right does have a stain on the lace ruffle - 2nd row at the bottom (see Photo).   This is simply beautiful.  A lot of hard work went into making this.
