Vintage Fancy Lace Christening Gown with Bonnet
This was custom handmade in 1982 for a weighted-bottom newborn cloth and porcelain doll
Off-white lace with blue threading over ivory sateen type material.
I still have the doll but changed the outfit to something more causal many years ago; so cleaning out drawers and closets recently.
There is one spot of pale blue on the back top right that I just noticed for the first time in 39 years;  I have included a close-up photo of that for you.  There is no snap or button on the neck closure area.
The dress measures approximately 36" long and 8" underarm to underarm.
Could be an addition to collection or used for a small newborn.
